PPC Investment Partners LP, doing business as Pritzker Private Capital ("PPC"), is an investment adviser registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the "Advisers Act"). Registration with the SEC does not in any way constitute an endorsement by the SEC of an investment adviser's skill or expertise. In addition, registration does not imply or guarantee that a registered adviser possesses a certain level of skill, competency, sophistication, expertise or training in providing advisory services to its clients.
All information contained on this website is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website is to be construed as either: (A) an offer or solicitation of investment advice or services or (B) an offer or solicitation with respect to the purchase or sale of any security. Information regarding, and references to, Hyatt Hotels and the Marmon Group (collectively, the “Historical Pritzker Investments”) are included for information purposes only in order to demonstrate the experience certain PPC Team members have with family-owned businesses and the unique challenges that accompany negotiating multi-generational family leadership and ownership transitions while providing liquidity options for family-members that wish to diversify. PPC and the individual PPC Team members no longer have a substantive ability to affect or influence the performance of the Historical Pritzker Investments. It should be noted that (A) none of the PPC Team members made the initial investment decision for such companies, (B) other individuals also controlled, directly or indirectly, substantial portions of such Historical Pritzker Investments, (C) other personnel were extensively involved in the day-to-day administration of such companies and (D) other individuals served in executive and board leadership roles including roles senior to those of the PPC Team members, and in each case, those other individuals are not part of the PPC Team.

Membership on the PAB does not necessarily imply that such individuals are partners, principals or employees of PPC and such individuals may have business and investment activities unrelated to PPC.
Details on selected operating company investments have been included for illustrative purposes only and have been selected in order to provide examples of the types of investments previously made by PPC, do not purport to be a complete list of all investments and are not necessarily reflective of overall performance. A complete list of current and prior PPC operating company investments is available upon request.
Information on this website regarding operating company investments, deal size, vehicle size or assets under management relevant to PPC team members while at any prior investment firm(s) are included for informational purposes only in order to demonstrate sector experience. Neither PPC nor the individual PPC team member(s) have any ability to affect or influence the performance of prior investments at any such prior investment firm(s) as the member(s) of the PPC team are no longer affiliated with such prior investment firm(s). Further, other personnel from such prior investment firm(s) were involved with, and provided material assistance with respect to, the investments at the prior investment firm(s) and such individuals may not be part of the PPC team.
Privacy Policy
PPC is committed to respecting the privacy of all users of this website. PPC has adopted this Privacy Policy to inform current and prospective investors, consumers and other users of this website of the type of information collected by PPC and how we use and protect such information.
PPC does not collect any personally identifiable information about users from the publicly available sections of this website. PPC may collect personal information if a user interacts with PPC through mail, telephone, email or other forms of electronic communication. In these situations, collected information may include an individual's name, email address, physical address, job title, position, telephone number and IP address.
PPC reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in its sole discretion from time to time. PPC will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this website so users are aware of what information PPC collects, how such information is used, and under what circumstances, if any, PPC discloses it, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If PPC decides to collect personal information or use any collected information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, PPC will notify applicable users.

Any transmission of information or data by you to or through this website or through other electronic means is at your sole risk.
This website uses "cookies" technology, through which certain data is sent to a user's computer from the PPC web server and stored on the user's hard drive. This data identifies the individual as a unique user when visiting this website. This technology does not provide PPC with information about a user's name, address, telephone number, email address or any other personally identifiable information. However, PPC does log user IP addresses.

Disclosure: You have the right to request that PPC disclose to you, free of charge, the categories and specifics of the personal information PPC collects about you or, if applicable, disclose about you to a third party for business purposes. You may request the personal information up to 12 months preceding your request. PPC will not sell any personal information collected.
Deletion: You have the right to request that PPC delete the personal information collected from you that is in PPC's possession or in the possession of PPC's service providers, unless otherwise restricted by law or regulation. Verifiable Request: PPC requires a verifiable request from you to ensure that it is, in fact, you who is requesting such a disclosure or deletion. Once PPC verifies the request, PPC will provide that information to you or delete the information.
Non-Discrimination: PPC will not discriminate against any consumer who exercises the rights set forth in this privacy notice.
